Ako Bicol Partylist Representative Elizaldy S. Co, was born on December 8, 1970, in Tabaco City, Albay. His father, the late Delfin
A. Co, was a businessman and his mother, Elsie S. Co, is an accomplished businesswoman. Representative Co is married to
Mylene R. Co and are blessed with four children. He finished his primary school in Bicol University College of Education Integrated
Laboratory School (BUCEILS), Legazpi City in 1982 and graduated in St. Gregory the Great Seminary, Panal, Tabaco City, in 1986.
He obtained his college education in Computer Engineering at the AMA Computer University and at the Aquinas University, Rawis,
Legazpi City, where he completed his graduate studies in Business Administration in 1998.
ACCOmPLISHED BUSINESSmAN AND ENVIRONmENTALIST
Representative Elizaldy was a successful businessman,
starting his career as the secretary and treasurer of De Fedbac
Corp., Rawis, Legazpi City in 1995 to 2000. He assumed the
position of Chairman and President for the Sunwestville Realty
and Dev’t Corporation in 1997 until 2012. His dynamism propelled
him to assume multiple roles as Chairman and President of other
companies i.e. at the Misibis Land, Inc., the Sunwest Water
and Electric Co. Inc., the La Venezia Hotel and SPA, at the
Embarcadero De Legazpi Real Estate Development Corporation.
