FOREWORD This first edition for the Outstanding Awardees for 2021 covers:
• The Outstanding Governorships Awards since 2012 to 2021
• The Outstanding Congressman Awards since 1992 to 2021
• The Most Outstanding Mayor Awards since 2012 to 2021

Superbrand Marketing International Inc. is the only registered and certified
trademark owner by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines
until 2031. The Outstanding Governorship, Congressman, Mayor and local
legislators is likewise the only registered and certified licensee to date by the
IPO.

To say the least, it has been a trying year since the onset of this dreadful
pandemic which placed an added burden amongst our government

officials. Considering that their mandate already includes their obligation
to ensure public health and safety, government officials now have to elevate
their leadership and navigate us into the new normal- safety protocols,
the expanded and lengthy quarantines, the economic costs, the social
discrepancies and consequences and more.

The introduction of the proposed vaccines and mass inoculation have
proven to be the challenge we all face as well as the economic downturn we
are all made to bear which is but a testament to the people’s resiliency and
faith towards our leaders.

Suffice it to say, the institutions we have managed over the decades regardless
of the political noise with the advent of social media renders the people in
general to work together as our democracy is put to a test. We, the Filipino
people will persevere and win the war on this pandemic with the help of our
local and national government.

The elections in 2022 that our democracy dictates is but another challenge to

our awardees who thru this publication we hope will generate the awareness
they require towards service to the people.

While the Superbrands Awards products and services, the Outstanding
program under Superbrands credits our leaders who through their mandate
becomes a testament towards their successes.

We hereby congratulate all awardees on this First Edition for Outstanding
Awards for 2021.
