CHAMPION FOR EDUCATION
From his work as a city councilor to being a legislator, he
is focused on creating a better environment for students and
teachers, wherein access to quality education is a right of
every citizen, emphasizing the need to bridge the learning
divide through educational assistance for marginalized
students, alternative learning systems and trainings for out-
of-school youth.
BRINGING PUBLIC HEALTH TO THE FOREFRONT
Even before the pandemic, there is a rising need for medical
services in the city as its population continues to grow. Aligned
with increasing the bed capacity of hospitals, he also ensures
that each community has access to an ambulance. His vision
is to improve the city’s medical facilities and limit the disparity,
providing equal and accessible healthcare for all.
Moreover, he also proposed the establishment of the
Polytechnic University of the Philippines-North Caloocan
Campus to provide more courses and quality state education
for the students.
