To sustain the gains in waste management and to save funds
used in disposing waste materials to Metro Clark Disposing
Site. This administration is constructing a material recovery
facility which is the future may employ the less fortunate or the
Mangangalakal to hired a steady income from the recycle able
which can be sold to junkshop. This is in line which the visions
of the LCE to adopt a systematic ecological waste management
program that ensures the protection of public health.
