The Pleasure of Serving the Public

n the past, the Province of Bulacan has prominently secured its
place in the pages of our nation’s colorful history. From its womb,
Iunadulterated nationalism was conceived and democracy was born.
The trail of independence traversed through it fertile soil, occasionally
bedewed with tears, sweat and blood of its heroes. Upon its sacred
grounds, the first Philippine Constitution and republic was promulgated
and enacted. Today, Bulacan is acknowledged as one of the most thriving
provinces in our country in terms of economic growth and development.
It is also a melting pot of the arts, affluent traditions, diverse cultural
heritage, and breath-taking scenic places.
