Mr. Domingo “Harry” L. Tambuatco, III
PRESIDENT & CEO
SMI’s President and CEO Domingo “Harry” L. Tambuatco III is a veteran broadcaster and
businessman. He hosted and produced “Talk to Harry”, a talk TV show which aired on NBN 4 from
2003-2005, and on Global News Network (GNN) from 2008-2019. He produced several sports
and variety shows on RPN, IBC 13, NBN & SBN including “Insight Inside”, “Happy Our” and “The
Superbrands Show”. He owned and operated Blazin 105.9 FM and Broadcast Media Events Group
Corp., which first brought The Black Eyed Peas to Manila. He also managed the programming for RJTV, Rajah Broadcasting
Network and GNN.
Harry owned and operated over 30 restaurants including Cello Restaurant, RJ Trim Cuisine and Guitar Bar, Magoo’s Pizza in
Honolulu and 5 branches the Philippines, Bobby Magee’s, Miyokawa, Luneta Food Festival, Culture Club in Eastwood and
Makati, Zany Restaurant in Metro Department Store, Orchard Road, Singapore, Diamond Beach Casino in Darwin, Australia,
The Magallanes Pub in Makati, Harris Grill in Alabang Town Center, and Rock Radio Cafe.
Harry is a professional jazz drummer, having played at the Calesa Bar of Hyatt from 1979 to 1980 with the Bong Peñera band.
Prior to living and working in Singapore and Australia, Harry went to Ateneo de Manila Grade School, San Beda High School,
Gabriel Richard High School Michigan and De La Salle Greenhills. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, History,
Commerce and Accounting from De La Salle University Taft in 1976.
Fresh out of college, Harry worked at the Money Desk of the Philippine Investments Systems Organization in 1976 before

Atty. Sara Jane A. Suguitan
LEGAL | SENIOR BRAND DIRECTOR
Atty. Sara Jane A. Suguitan graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Legal
Management in 2003, and from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree
in 2007. She was editor for both the Ateneo Law Journal and the Palladium while in law school.
After being accepted into the Philippine bar, Atty. Suguitan went on to specialize in intellectual
property and litigation.
Prior to setting up her own practice, Atty. Suguitan worked in the Supreme Court of the Philippines before being appointed
to the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. She is a Copyright X alumnae (2015) of the Berkman Center for Internet
and Society, Harvard Law School.
Atty. Suguitan actively promoted transparent elections and intellectual property rights in mainstream media from 2010
to 2016. She was spokesperson of the Legal Network for Truthful Elections or Lente in the first automated presidential
