Nelia C. Villarete currently heads the Finance, HR and Richelle G. Lim is Superbrand’s resident graphics, multimedia
Administration of SMI. Mrs. Villarete has been with artist since 2012.

She handles creative matters such as the layout for the

Ma. Tallea G. Belardo is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). Ma. Jonalyn M. Montero is the Junior Brand Director of SMI.

She was also the Office Administrator of SMI’s sister As a part of SMI, Ms. Montero is tasked with vetting new
company, Carefast Facility Management Services, Inc. participants into the Superbrands program.

Engr. Teresa A. Suguitan

Engr. Teresa Aguas Suguitan is a registered Civil Engineer. She has two degrees. She first obtained a Bachelor of Science in
Applied Mathematics, Major in Information Technology from Far Eastern University in 2006. She then earned her Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering degree from the Bataan Peninsula State University.

Engr. Suguitan previously served as a junior programmer and analyst for the Ateneo De Manila University and St. Luke’s Medical
Center. She was also previously engaged as a software engineer in Singapore and a database administrator in Dubai, UAE.

During the pandemic, Engr. Suguitan founded Suguitan Construction and Engineering Services. Engr. Suguitan currently
serves as a consultant for SMI, lending her skills in IT and creative aspects.
