THE STRUGGLE FOR
IMPROVED HEALTH IS NEVER-ENDING
The administration of Gov. Willy has been prioritizing health care as
evident in his Seven Point Agenda from 2010 to present. His administration
has demonstrated that government must and can meet the citizens’
basic human and social needs in a responsible and compassionate way.
He recognized and strengthened the indispensable elements in a sound
health program to constitute a necessary foundation upon which to build.
He never failed, for record shows a clear progress in the effort to
solve some of the country’s fundamental human and social problems. Not

Our national resources for health have grown, but our national
aspirations have grown faster. Gov. Willy strives to see that the strength
and flexibility of the political and economic institutions are used to bring
the greatest possible good to the people he serves. He considers health
programs as part of that endeavor-to adjust to modern conditions without
losing traditional values, to bring to the people of this province the full
enjoyment of the benefits, which our freedom makes possible.
To improve healthcare service delivery, the Department of Health
(DOH) headed by Secretary Paulyn Jean B. Rosellee-Ubial has donated
