WOmEN EmPOWERmENT AND LIVELIHOOD
Len subscribes to the belief that for the city to prosper, one
needs to empower its women. A loving wife to Steve Naguiat
and dedicated mom to Nico and Isabel, Len knows all too well
the essential role a woman plays in nation-building (yes, it starts
in the family!).
During her term as the mother of the city, she mobilized its EDUCATION
female leaders through the Kababaihan Unlad Biñan (KUB). Len, a product of Canossa School and University of Santo
