         Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Asingan, Province of Pangasinan








          Engr.  CARLOS FRANADA LOPEZ,  JR. is the  beloved Mayor of the  Municipality  of  Asingan,  Pangasinan.  Born  on
        January 31, 1978 to late Mayor Hon. CARLOS P. LOPEZ, SR. and Mrs. LEONARDA Q. FRANADA, the former Municipal
        Agriculturist of the municipality, service to the people of Asingan undoubtedly runs in the blood.


          He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at St. Louis University in 1995, and successfully passed the
        2000 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination, earning him his professional eligibility under R.A. 1080 of the Civil
        Service Commission.



























                                                                     Mayor Lopez started his professional career practicing his
                                                                    profession at renowned institutions such as the San Roque
                                                                    Power Corporation and San Miguel Corporation. In 2003, he
                                                                    delved into public service by working alongside his Father
                                                                    at the Office of the Mayor of Asingan as a Private Secretary.

                                                                     Backed by his experiences and knowledge of the political
                                                                    scene, he ran for office and was elected as Municipal
                                                                    Councilor in 2004, re-elected by the constituency in 2007,
                                                                    and has served his 3rd term as Sangguniang Bayan member
                                                                    in 2010-2013 as the Number 1 Councilor.
